So yesterday we started the #primalblueprint

and we are searching for meal ideas and suggestions for making the most out of it. We've been eating semi-organic for a while, whenever possible. But we have decided to go all in and really start living primal.

Anyone have any pointers? Please pass them along. We have a lot of learning to do in order to transition from our old way of eating and trying to exercise. New year means new things to try. The old stuff didn't work. The old diet was a bomb because it was too much trouble counting everything. The old idea of exercise was boring because it was the same old pain with no gain.

This time will be different. We are going primal to live healthy. If we live healthy we will feel healthy and we will look healthy.

Want to know more about our endeavor? Visit www.marksdailyapple.com to find out more about going primal and living healthy. It's not a diet so much as a lifestyle.

My brother is in the Clemson Marching Band as well as the symphonic band

He just found out that he made the tryout to be included in the band that goes to London this summer for the Olympics. Yeah, someone in my family is going to be in the olympics. And he competed to get there! Congratulations Cameron! We are so proud of you! GO TIGERS! #blog

Introducing Hashtag Auto-complete

From current events (#SOPA) to the arts (#MonochromeMonday and all those photo tags [1]), +#hashtags are a great way to build communities around content on Google+.

We want to make it even easier to use and discover hashtags, so today we're rolling out a new auto-complete feature. Now when you start typing a hashtag in a post or comment, Google+ will present a list of hashtags you might be looking for.

Less hashing, more tagging, that’s what we say! Give it a try, and let us know what you think!

A little open sesame trick for those people that worry about having their keystrokes…

A little open sesame trick for those people that worry about having their keystrokes logged on a public PC. The main reason I could see myself using this is if I went to the library or somewhere else that might have a keylogger. I don't want my google login creds to be in anyone else's hands. However, I don't know if I would use it otherwise and since I'm not normally at the library I don't see myself using it anytime soon. Well except for just now when I tried it.

Today is flying by already

We have to go to the store after church on the way home. The list is: cat food, one onion, and ibuprofen.

Not in any particular order because while cat food is very important to the cat, ibuprofen is important for me and my headache. The onion is for spaghetti sauce that my bride +Allison Lemere is cooking for lunch. While it seems most important for everyone else, I still need the Motrin so I can enjoy it fully. Then it's an afternoon filled with family time, a birthday party, and then back to church for evening service.

What's on the schedule for your afternoon?
